SHIPPING POLICY:

Most orders go out within 48 hours. If back-ordered items are expected in within 5 business days, we may hold your order. Otherwise, orders are shipped immediately with back ordered items shipped later at NO EXTRA CHARGE beyond your original shipping charge.

$8.00 for Orders $10.01 - $50.00

$10.00 for Orders $50.01 - $100.00

$20.00 for Orders $100.01 - $150.00

$30.00 for Orders $150.01 - $200.00

$40.00 for Orders $200.01 - $250.00

$50.00 for Orders $250.01 +

Shipping Rates outside USA: 

Foreign orders will be charged 25% of the order with a $14.00 minimum

RETURN POLICY

If you need to return product to Ruby Rock Bookstore, you must contact us within 30 days of receipt by emailing customerservice@rubyrockbookstore.com or calling (406) 422-7366. You must have the original order number to reference. Ruby Rock Bookstore will only accept items for return that are approved and given an RMA number. Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. If you are missing merchandise from your order, or have received damaged items, put the package aside and contact us within 10 days so that we may get the issue resolved in a timely manner.
